　　福田区提出打造一流国际化中心城区的目标，并成为首善之区、幸福的样板。设计从幸福生活的诠释出发，提出“幸福田”的主题营造花园。一弯乐福水，唱响福曲水润福田、滋润幸福之歌；一处欢福地，悠然品味家庭美满、欢歌笑语之音；一簇幸运草，真正拥有其乐融融、四叶草之意；一园幸福花，心中弥漫甜蜜果蔬、香草芬芳之味。

　　Everyone has a piece of field in their heart. Everyone has a dream in their mind. They use it to grow flowers, to grow vegetables and even to grow happiness... …Life can be like an idyllic pastoral scene.

　　Futian District aims to be the international center of Shenzhen and becomes a model of happiness. The designer puts forward themes of a Happy Land, which symbolizes tranquility and contentment, as well as the thriving urban life in Futian District.
